Shipping Policy

We ship domestically across Thailand via Thailand Post or Kerry/Flash. Flat rate: ā¸ŋ49 per order. Processing time is 2–4 business days for ready stock and up to 7 business days for made-to-order pieces.

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is emailed once the parcel leaves Koh Chang. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier backlogs, weather events, or public holidays; we appreciate your patience during any delays.

International shipping is currently unavailable. For special arrangements please email madebysaloly@gmail.com. If a parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
