Terms of Service

All products are handmade; minor variations occur.

Orders are accepted once payment clears; we may cancel/refund if we cannot fulfill.

Shipping: Thailand only, flat rate ฿49 per order, processing 2–4 business days (up to 7 for made-to-order).

Returns follow the Refund Policy; customer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.

No free repairs; paid repairs available on request.

All photos, copy, and designs belong to Made by Saloly.
