Refund policy

- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (Thailand orders only).  

- Items must be unworn, include original packaging, and show no damage.  

- Customer covers return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.  

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.  

- Custom pieces, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Email madebysaloly@gmail.com to start a return or report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
