Shipping Policy

• We ship domestically across Thailand (flat rate ฿49 per order).  
• Processing time: 2–4 business days for ready stock, up to 7 business days for made-to-order pieces.
• Delivery estimate: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking info is emailed once the parcel leaves Koh Chang. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier backlogs, weather, or public holidays.  
• International shipping is currently unavailable. For special arrangements, email madebysaloly@gmail.com.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
