Products & Pricing

  • Jewelry is handmade; minor variations occur.
  • Prices are listed in THB and may change without notice.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed via Shopify Checkout using major cards, PayPal, or local Thai options.
  • Payment must be confirmed before fulfillment.
  • Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate: ā¸ŋ49 per order within Thailand.
  • We ship via Thailand Post or Kerry/Flash.
  • Processing time: 2–4 business days for ready stock, up to 7 business days for made-to-order.
  • Delivery estimate: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch.
  • International shipping is currently unavailable unless arranged separately by email.

Returns

  • Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect.
  • Custom items and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.

Warranty & Repairs

  • No free repairs or warranties are offered. Paid repairs are available on request; contact us for a quote.

All site content, photos, and product descriptions belong to Made by Saloly and may not be reused without permission.

User Conduct

Do not attempt to interfere with the store, misuse checkout, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse service.
